You will be able to register all your expenses by registering category, description, amount and if it has been refunded. This all separated from month to month.
After the records, the worksheet will automatically separate all paid and unpaid amounts per month!
Report by Category
In the Consolidated Results tab, the worksheet will not only give you an overview per year, but also a view of expenses, by category, month by month.
Report by Cost Center
See the cost reimbursement amounts for each of the cost centers registered monthly
Analysis by Employee by Month
Choose an employee and a month to see day by day all the refunds due and paid to that person
The spreadsheet will also generate graphs visually indicating your situation for you to have on hand and even print!
