Registration of Activities and Times
The first spreadsheet configuration is to enter the meeting times you have available and also the most recurring type of activity that you perform.
Then you’ll start using the worksheet, recording all events with your activity, date and time.
Automatically, the worksheet will create your schedule showing the busy schedules, the busy schedules and those that have more than one marked event.
Not just the general agenda, but also the worksheet will automatically list all the events of the day you open it!
